GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE : WEEDING SERVICE

The reservation of a photographic service must refer to a signed estimate accepted by both (client and photographer). The final reservation of the photographic report on the date is effective from the acceptance of the estimate and the payment of the deposit shown on the estimate. The order commits both parties commercially, financially and legally.
The photographer cannot be held responsible for a change of the wedding date to a date where the photographer is not available to provide the service. If the date is available, the photographer will make every effort to ensure the service. The deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation date is more than two months before the initial wedding date.
Rights and duties
The photographer has the obligation to provide the bride and groom with the benefits and services set out in the estimate given to them. The photographer commits to an obligation of means to ensure the expected services. Unless indicated on the order, the photographer must provide the dvd or USB key containing the photos of the bride and groom within a period of 15 days to 2 months.
Once the USB flash drive, DVD or photo books are delivered, the photographer cannot be held responsible in case of loss of images due to external events occurring outside the store (e.g. water damage at the bride and groom's home...).
Both parties involved can only cancel the photo report if unfortunately the bride or the photographer are medically unable to attend the wedding (medical certificate to be provided).
The responsibility of the photographer will not be engaged in case of force majeure and any event beyond his control: illness, accident where the photographer is unable to provide the service. In this case, he will do everything possible to find a replacement photographer. In this case, the photographer will make every effort to find a replacement photographer. In the event that no replacement can provide the service, the deposit will be refunded to the client in full.
Bad weather conditions: in the event that the couple's photo shoot is impossible because of really unfavourable weather conditions, both parties agree to make an amicable agreement to postpone the couple's photo shoot to a later date. The photographer may propose a session at no extra cost, but at a date compatible with his other professional requirements.
In all possible cases of conflict not provided for in this document, the two parties undertake to find amicable solutions together prior to any legal action.
Image rights and copyright
Copyright remains the property of the author of the photographs (known as the photographer) on all the images, according to article L-111-1 of the intellectual property code. Any person photographed has his or her right to the image.
Thus, the authorization to take a picture is recorded by the acceptance of the estimate of the service. Any subsequent publication (website, press, exhibitions ...) of the images are subject to the consent of the bride and groom. (revocable without any justification on simple request to the photographer).
The payment of the totality of the service intervenes at the time of the handing-over by the photographer, of the physical supports (DVD, Cle Usb, Book photos or Album).
